  E-STORE: HOW IT WORKS 

 We will provide you with a super simple e-commerce store for your family members all around the country, to access and purchase their own tshirts, totebags and other items that you as the coordinator want to make available. This is a $75 value that we offer for $25.00 .   Please do the following:

• Coordinator designs the shirt in udotees.com and emails it to us at  image1marketing@aol.com.
• You also send us your header info:  Family Reunion Name, Reunion Dates, Store closing/cutoff date, Coordinator contact info; name, email address and anytime phone#, and base t-shirt price.
• We create the store and send you an email link to your new E-Store for your approval and then you can send it to your family members. (If you want a family domain name, it is optional w/fee).
• Family members nationwide can purchase the items and sizes they need.
• Purchases are made securely through PayPal.
• All orders ship to your designated location for free. Family members may choose the "Ship to Self" option which incurs a shipping fee.
• The coordinator has administrative access to this site to see all incoming orders.
• The coordinator/committee sets pricing based on expected order quantity, however, we recommend adding extra to your pricing to cover potentially lower actual sales.  (We will automatically increase your base to show the additional cost for Plus Sizes and Toddler shirts).
• You will only be charged the price for actual orders within the minimum.  Any excess will be refunded to the coordinator via PayPal on behalf of the family.  (We suggest any overage be used to help offset other expenses or to start off the next reunion fund).
• All orders will ship out 10-14 days after order is finalized with coordinator.  Typically you will get a few stragglers to contact you (beg you) to place there order after the store cutoff.  We need to finalize within 2 days after the store cutoff.
